For those that received the original English text message, we made an error on a template that made the English message appear to start off in Spanish in the SMS text message. We have since fixed this and there is nothing to fix in your Teton_WY Alerts account.

If you'd like to check your account settings and adjust which contact pathways are used to reach you in which order, visit https://member.everbridge.net/index/337829242601839 and use your Teton_WY Alerts username and password to access your account.

BONUS TIP - Remember to always confirm Teton_WY Alerts messages that you receive, whether it is by SMS/text, email, or voice. Confirming lets us know how many people the message has reached, but more importantly it stops the system from trying to contact you. So, if you get a text message first and confirm by either replying YES to the message or clicking the text message link then clicking the blue button that says, "Confirm Receipt", the system then won't try to send you an email or make a voice call to you.
