This is an update to the River St and Ann St Reconstruction and Water Main Replacement project.  

Beginning today Friday,  April 19^th  and continuing on for the remainder of the project, which is anticipated to be the end of May, the contractor will be continuing with various work elements at various locations throughout the project, such as replacing manhole frames and covers, catch basin replacement, minor curb replacement, preparation for milling and pavement work and restoration.  Flaggers and one lane traffic may be required at times around the immediate work zones. 
 
On Monday April 22^nd  beginning at 7:00 a.m. the contractor will be replacing a water service at #31 River Street  which will require one lane traffic around the work zone. 
 
Please avoid these areas if at all possible.  Temporary signage, lights and barricades will be in place.  Please exercise extreme caution and obey all flaggers, signs and barriers.

The City will issue periodic project updates or changes via Nixle PSA as needed.
