Please detour all traffic in the Tonkawa downtown area, today, from 10:00AM to Noon.
Grand Avenue will be blocked from 9th Street to 5th Street from 10:00AM to 12:00PM (noon).
The road will be closed for the Tonkawa Film Festival Parade which begins at 11:00 AM.
Road blocks will be strictly enforced.
