* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Brown, Coleman, Concho, McCulloch and Runnels.
* WHEN...Until 645 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 331 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen central Coleman County. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Brownwood, Coleman, Ballinger, Early, Santa Anna, Paint Rock, Bangs, Blanket, Valera, Voss, Gouldbusk, Glen Cove, Trickham, Talpa, Leaday, Stacy, Grosvenor, Ivie Reservoir Near Concho Park Marina, Burkett and Lake Brownwood Near Thrifty. - This includes the following Low Water Crossings...
