* Until 630 PM EDT.

* At 513 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from Ammon to Lumberton, moving southeast at 30 mph. HAZARD...Ping pong ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Public. Golf ball size hail was recently reported near Pembroke. IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind damage to trees and power lines.

* Locations impacted include... Lumberton, Whiteville, Elizabethtown, Rowan, Fairmont, Chadbourn, Bladenboro, Fair Bluff, Boardman, Penderlea, Ammon, Hestertown, Southeastern Community College, White Oak, Carvers, Smiths, Howellsville, Lisbon, Elkton, and Emerson.
