OWI 3rd Arrest

On 04/21/24 at 12:33am a Janesville Police Officer observed a vehicle crossing the centerline and run a red light.  Contact was made with Ricardo Villalobos who was driving the vehicle.  The vehicle had 5 other passengers all under the age of 16 years old.  Villalobos displayed signs of being under the influence of an intoxicant and failed standardized field sobriety testing.  Villalobos was arrested and a blood sample was taken, the results are pending at this time.  Villalobos was held at the Rock County Jail on the following charges pending court:
