Three Suspects Arrested After Robbing a Man in His Hotel Room

INCIDENT: Felony: Armed Robbery and Felony: Conspiracy to Commit a Crime
LOCATION: 25200 block of Redlands Blvd., Loma Linda
SUSPECT(S): Joel Conway-Hines 31, Bailey Limbourne 32, both residents of Yucaipa and Caston Clough 25, resident of Loma Linda
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On Monday, April 8, 2024, deputies responded to the 25200 block of Redlands Blvd. in the city of Loma Linda for a theft report. The victim reported he entered his hotel room when suspect, Joel Conway-Hines, approached him from behind armed with a large, fixed-blade knife and told the victim to let him in. In fear of being stabbed, the victim allowed Conway-Hines in the hotel room. A second suspect, Caston Clough, followed behind Conway-Hines and entered the hotel room. A third suspect, Bailey Limbourne, waited in a parked SUV all three suspects arrived in. Conway-Hines and Clough took multiple items from the victim’s hotel room, amounting to about $3,000.00, and put them into the SUV. All three suspects left the scene.
Joel Conway-Hines was arrested for armed robbery and conspiracy to commit a crime. Caston Clough was arrested for armed robbery, and Bailey Limbourne was arrested for conspiracy to commit a crime. They were booked into San Bernardino County jails and are each being held in lieu of $60,000 bail. A search warrant was authored and items from the robbery were recovered.
