* WHERE...South Fork Sabine River near Quinlan.
* WHEN...Until early tomorrow afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Minor out of bank flooding will occur.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:45 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 16.0 feet. - Bankfull stage is 15.0 feet. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is near crest now and will begin a rapid fall to below flood stage soon.
* AFFECTED AREAS: HUNT, TX ... ROCKWALL, TX
