Railroad Signal Issue - Downey X Contreras 
There is an issue with the Railroad Signal and Barrier Arms at the 14800 block of Downey Avenue and Contreras Street. The arms are activated in the down position, leading to traffic impacts on Downey Avenue. Union Pacific Railroad is aware of the problem and working to resolve the issue. Please avoid the area, use alternate routes, and expect delays.
