West Springfield, MA: Beginning, Monday, April 29, the Town of West Springfield will be implementing temporary traffic pattern changes in the area of Elm Street to accommodate the ongoing construction of the rotary at the intersection of Elm Street and Route 20 (Westfield Street).
As of Monday, heavy and commercial vehicles will be prohibited from traveling on Elm Street from Park Street to Kings Highway as well as Route 20 (Westfield Street) from Elm Street to Van Deene Avenue. It is anticipated that this truck exclusion will be in place through July 1. Only heavy or commercial vehicles with deliveries in the exclusionary zone will be permitted to travel in the area.
