INCIDENT: P.C. 487(A) - Grand Theft
LOCATION: 15800 block of Soquel Canyon Parkway, Chino Hills
SUSPECT(S): Donovan Devereaux, a 41-year-old resident of Homeland, CA
VICTIM(S): Firestone Complete Auto Care
SUMMARY: On Wednesday, March 6, 2024, a theft was reported at a business in the 15800 block of Soquel Canyon Parkway in Chino Hills. Deputies investigated and learned the suspect entered the open business and stole approximately $3000 of merchandise. The suspect was identified as Donovan Devereaux. Deputies obtained a warrant for Devereaux's arrest.
On Wednesday, April 24, 2024, Chino Hills Detectives, and deputies from the Multi-Enforcement Team contacted Devereaux during a traffic stop in Homeland, California. The stolen merchandise was recovered from Devereaux's home. Devereaux was arrested for grand theft and booked at West Valley Detention Center.
