Two male victims, 21 and 29, were in the area when the suspect approached them. The suspect brandished a knife and demanded their property. One victim refused to comply, and the suspect stabbed him. The victim sustained a non-life-threatening injury and refused medical attention. SUSPECT: Black male adult, wearing all dark clothing.
