Pursuit 
On 04/25/2024 at 9:35am, Janesville Police Department Officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop on Deshawn A Foreman, reference an ongoing drug investigation. Foreman refused to stop for officers and fled from the traffic stop. Officers disregarded the vehicle pursuit after Foreman refused to stop. Shortly after, officers located Foreman had struck an occupied vehicle at the intersection of E. Court St. and S. Garfield Ave. Foreman fled the accident on foot, but was taken into custody by officers who came upon accident. The driver of the vehicle Foreman struck refused medical treatment at the scene while Foreman requested medical treatment. After Foreman was cleared from the hospital he was held at the Rock County Jail on charges related to the fleeing and accident.
After the accident scene was cleared, search warrants were served at 812 E. Milwaukee St. and 521 E. Court St. reference the ongoing drug investigation regarding Foreman. Foreman will be charged later with charges related to the drug investigation.
