The McDowell County Sheriff’s Office will be partnering with the Marion Police Department and Walmart to host a Pill Take Back event this Saturday, April 27th from 10am-2pm. This event will be held in front of the pharmacy entrance of Walmart in Marion, where we will be accepting any expired, unused or unwanted medications!
