* WHERE...Portions of Kansas, including the following areas, Atchison KS, Doniphan, Johnson KS, Leavenworth, Linn KS, Miami and Wyandotte and Missouri, including the following areas, Bates, Buchanan, Caldwell, Carroll, Cass, Chariton, Clay, Clinton, Cooper, Henry, Howard, Jackson, Johnson MO, Lafayette, Livingston, Pettis, Platte, Randolph, Ray and Saline.

* WHEN...From Saturday afternoon through Sunday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms are anticipated over the next 2 days. 1-2 inches of rain has already fallen across the watch area with an additional 2 to 4 inches expected.
