* Flash Flood Warning for... Bourbon County in southeastern Kansas... Northern Crawford County in southeastern Kansas... Vernon County in west central Missouri...

* Until 845 AM CDT Sunday.

* At 244 AM CDT, Local law enforcement reported thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Law enforcement reported. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Nevada, Fort Scott, Bronson, Arcadia, Uniontown, Walker, Schell City, Walnut, Fulton, Redfield, Hepler, Marmaton, Bronaugh, Moundville, Richards, Milo, Mapleton, Deerfield, Metz, Harwood, Stotesbury, Garland, Hammond, Pawnee Station, Devon, Englevale, Harding, Hiattville, Farlington, Horton, Petersburg, Xenia, Brazilton, Porterville and Greenbush. This includes the following low water crossings... West Fork Pryor Creek at Blair Road and Clear Creek at Rebel Road.
