* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Portions of Collin, Dallas, Denton, Kaufman and Rockwall Counties.
* WHEN...Until 830 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - The heavy rain has ended, but flooding of low lying and/or poor drainage areas may continue for a few hours until the water has had a chance to recede. Please continue to heed remaining road closures. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Dallas, Plano, Garland, Irving, Grand Prairie, Mesquite, McKinney, Carrollton, Frisco, Richardson, Lewisville, Allen, Flower Mound, Rowlett, Desoto, Grapevine, Cedar Hill, Wylie, Coppell and Duncanville.
