Escaped Inmate Roy Steven Buff 
Today Sunday, April 28th around 1 pm an inmate, escaped from the NC Divisions of prisons (Rutherford County). Roy Steven Buff was last seen wearing green pants and a gray shirt. Buff is a bald, white male with tattoos on his face and neck. Multiple agencies from Rutherford County and DOC are attempting to locate the escapee. Spindale police department is asking that if anyone has any information please contact 911 immediately.
