* WHERE...A portion of northeast Illinois, including the following counties, Cook, DuPage and Will.

* WHEN...Until 800 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 548 AM CDT, local law enforcement reported ponding of water on roadways in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that may experience minor flooding include... Chicago, Joliet, Naperville, Cicero, Hammond, Bolingbrook, Skokie, Des Plaines, Orland Park, Tinley Park, Oak Lawn, Berwyn, Oak Park, Downers Grove, Elmhurst, Lombard, Romeoville, Plainfield and Park Ridge. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
