The City of Richland Hills is updating the Comprehensive Plan to help guide the future growth of Richland Hills. Join us for a Comprehensive Plan Open House on Tuesday, April 30, from 5 to 7 pm at The Link to view concepts and ask questions. The open house is come-and-go and will be followed by a joint City Council and Planning and Zoning Commission meeting at 7:30 pm at City Hall to discuss the Comprehensive Plan.
