A male Asian, age 90, 5'02", 145 lbs, white hair, brown eyes, wearing a blue windbreaker jacket, blue shorts, white socks, and a blue baseball hat. Last seen leaving the area of 2420 El Monte Avenue, Arcadia, on the morning of April 27, 2024 at approximately 9:00 AM., If you have information that can assist in helping safely locate Cheng-Kang, please call 911 or contact the police.
