* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...South Fork Sabine River near Quinlan.
* WHEN...Until late tomorrow morning.
* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Minor out of bank flooding will occur.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:45 PM CDT Monday the stage was 16.1 feet. - Bankfull stage is 15.0 feet. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage late this evening and continue falling to 5.4 feet early Saturday afternoon.
