An accident has just occurred on Highway 21 at the Chowan Creek Bridge on Lady's Island. All north and south bound lanes of Highway 21 are blocked by emergency vehicles and vehicles involved in the accident. Motorists are advised to please use caution and expect delays when traveling through this area.
