...The National Weather Service in Houston/Galveston TX has issued a Flood Warning for the following rivers in Texas... East Fork San Jacinto at Cleveland affecting Montgomery, Liberty, Harris and San Jacinto Counties. For the East Fork San Jacinto River...including Cleveland...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...East Fork San Jacinto at Cleveland.

* WHEN...From this morning to early Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 21.0 feet, Moderate flooding begins as CR 1725 begins taking on water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 5:30 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 20.1 feet. - Bankfull stage is 13.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 5:30 AM CDT Tuesday was 20.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 20.4 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage early Thursday afternoon. - Flood stage is 19.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 20.4 feet on 04/19/1959. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
