INCIDENT: PC 246.3 Negligent Discharge of a Firearm
LOCATION: 2500 block of Park Avenue, Loma Linda
SUSPECT(S): Isaac Macias Aguilar, 35-year-old resident of Loma Linda
VICTIM(S): State of California
SUMMARY:
On April 27, 2024, at about 10:48 p.m., deputies were dispatched to the 25000 block of Park Avenue, in Loma Linda, to reports of multiple shots heard. One reporting party saw a white Toyota Corolla speed away from the incident location. Deputies arrived on scene and located six nine-millimeter fired cartridge casings and six holes in the dirt consistent with bullet strikes.
Deputies located a white Toyota Corolla parked nearby. Contact was made with Isaac Macias Aguilar and he was identified as the suspect who fired the handgun. A Glock 19 handgun was subsequently located inside the Toyota Corolla. Deputies secured the handgun and Macias Aguilar was arrested for PC 246.3 Negligent Discharge of a Firearm.
