Columbia Water laboratory staff advises the water customers of Abney Hill Estates Subdivision, Fulmer Rd, Mountain Valley Rd, Locklier Rd, and Blythewood Rd, located in Richland County.
Columbia Water has completed work on a 48” Water Line. Normal water pressure levels have returned to the area of Abney Hill Estates Subdivision, Fulmer Rd, Mountain Valley Rd, Locklier Rd, and Blythewood Rd.
