Activity for April 30, 2024:
- Officer Debczak and Officer Frazier were dispatched to the Jackson Crossing Mall for a subject shoplifting. Charges will be sought on a 34-year-old male for retail fraud, and resisting and obstructing.
- Officer Brooks responded to the 500 block of South Jackson Street for a warrant pick-up. A 50-year-old male was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.
- Officer Marcum visited with students at JCISD.
- Officer Elston was dispatched to the 700 block of Christy Avenue for a subject slumped over the wheel in a vehicle. A 49-year-old female was arrested for driving while intoxicated (3rd offense), and resisting and obstructing.
- Officer Justice made contact with a subject in the 1500 block of East Michigan Avenue. The 49-year-old male driver was arrested on several outstanding misdemeanor warrants.
- Officers responded to West South Street and First Street for a traffic accident. A 23-year-old male received a citation for failing to stop and identify at the scene of an accident.
