This Saturday, May 4^th, at 11am, South Brunswick will hold a Veteran Street Sign Dedication Ceremony at the intersection of Jay Court and Freida Lane in Kendall Park, to honor local Veteran Anthony P. Fusco, Sr. This is the Township’s most recent street naming dedication recognizing local veterans for their military service.

Anthony P. Fusco, Sr. enlisted into the US Air Force in 1968.  He served as a Security Policeman Specialist and a K9 Handler in Vietnam and Korea.

Fusco served until his Honorable discharge in November 1973, with outstanding leadership and courage, receiving the National Defense Service Medal, the Armed Forces Medal 900–3 (Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal), the Small Arms Expert Marksmanship Ribbon (SAEMR), the Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal (AFEM)  and the Air Force Good Conduct Medal (AFGCM).
