Tonkawa Urged To Conserve Water 
Due to the early morning power outage, today, and the scheduled power outage, tonight; the City of Tonkawa is urging both residents and businesses to make an effort to be conservative with water usage. The Public Works department is working hard to bring power to our wells back on line but it is a slow process. We have to take steps to make sure that we will be at satisfactory levels before tonight’s power outage. Crews are looking to restore power within the next few hours.
