INCIDENT: P.C. 21810 - Possession of Illegal Metal Knuckles
H&S 11377(A) - Possession of a Controlled Substance
LOCATION: 3500 Block of Needles Highway, Needles, CA
SUSPECT(S): Jeremy Anderson, 32-years-old, Resident of Arlington, WA
Elizabeth Platt, 32-years-old, Resident of Arlington, WA
VICTIM(S): State of California
SUMMARY: On Wednesday, May 1, 2024, at approximately 8:16 a.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station/Needles Police Department contacted Jeremy Anderson and Elizabeth Platt during a call for service near the 3500 block of Needles Highway. During the investigation, Anderson was found to be in possesion of illegal metal knuckles and Elizabeth Platt was found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine.
Anderson was arrested for P.C. 21810, Possession of Illegal Metal Knuckles. Anderson was transported to the West Valley Detention Center for booking and remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department with a bail amount of $30,000.00, awaiting a court hearing.
Platt was arrested for H&S 11377(A) - Possession of a Controlled Substance. Platt was issued a citation and released at the scene with a future court date.
