INCIDENT: Felony Warrant Arrest for P.C. 245(A)(1) - Assault with a Deadly Weapon
LOCATION: Hwy 95 and Main Street, Vidal Junction, CA
SUSPECT(S): Tyler Gustafson, 42-years-old, Resident of Phelan, CA
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On Wednesday, May 1, 2024, at approximately 9:21 a.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station/Needles Police Department responded to the area near Hwy 95 and Main Street for a report of a vehicle out in the desert that may be occupied by a wanted subject.
When duputies arrived on scene, they made contact with Tyler Gustafson who was found to have an outstanding felony warrant for his arrest for P.C. 245(A)(1) - Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
Gustafson was arrested and transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking. Gustafson remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department with $100,000.00 bail, awaiting a court hearing.
