Wilmington Police have arrested three men on drug charges.
On May 1, at approximately 1:28 p.m., members of the Drug, Organized Crime, and Vice Division were in the 400 block of West 7th Street, when they observed three male subjects engaged in drug-related activity. Officers made contact with 20-year-old Jaheem White, 20-year-old Johnathan Kilson, and 20-year-old Ja’ontae Holland, who were all taken into custody without incident. Police recovered 4.2 grams of crack cocaine, 75.2 grams of marijuana, $1,400, and drug paraphernalia.
White has been charged with the following offenses:
- Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver
- Conspiracy (Second Degree)
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 11 and was committed to the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution on $8,200 cash-only bail.
Kilson has been charged with the following offenses:
- Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver
- Conspiracy (Second Degree)
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 11 and was released on $22,250 unsecured bail.
Holland has been charged with the following offense:
- Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver
He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 11 and was released on $20,000 unsecured bail.
