* WHEN...Until 7 AM CDT this morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Very heavy rainfall over the last week has led to widespread runoff, which has greatly reduced the amount of rain needed for flooding to occur. Additional storms are possible early this morning. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
