* WHAT...South winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 80 mph expected.
* WHERE...Ruby Mountains and East Humboldt Range.
* WHEN...From 8 AM Saturday to 2 AM PDT Sunday.
* IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property and cause power outages. Travel will be difficult especially for high profile vehicles particularly along east-west routes. Blowing dust will reduce visibility.
* AFFECTED AREAS: RUBY MOUNTAINS AND EAST HUMBOLDT RANGE
