There are no parking signs on 4th Av SW by Tri Valley. We are conducting Bike Safety for SEPS in the afternoon. 
We want to avoid any injuries to the students and possible damage to vehicles during the Bike Rodeo. The location can still be used to drop off and pick up children in the morning and afternoon. The block on 4th Av SW will be closed to thru traffic in the afternoon during the Bike Rodeo. Thank you and we apologize for any inconvenience.
