Re: Phone Service Issues
The City of Olive Branch phone system is not operating properly due to a problem at the central office of our phone provider. Technicians are working to resolve it at this time. The City’s non-emergency number (662-895-4111) is also affected by the outage. If you have an alarm system that is set up to call that number, it will receive an “all circuits busy” notification, and our dispatch center will not receive the call. Our emergency 911 system has not been affected. Please only dial 911 for emergencies. We apologize for this inconvenience and we are working with our phone provider to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
