* WHERE...A portion of southeast Texas, including the following counties, Brazos, Chambers, Grimes, Harris, Houston, Liberty, Madison, Montgomery, Polk, San Jacinto, Trinity, Walker and Waller.
* WHEN...Until 800 AM CDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring. Several structures are flooded in the most impacted locations. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Multiple water rescues are being reported.
