1. Resisting Arrest (1136) 9100 Block of Thornton Road, Bear Creek District
Officers responded to a report of a subject running in and out of traffic, causing a hazard. When they tried to detain the suspect, he fled on foot. The suspect was eventually taken into custody. ARRESTED: Ryan Needem, 44, for resisting arrest, public intoxication, and an outstanding warrant.
