* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Brown, Callahan, Coke, Coleman, Concho, Haskell, Jones, Kimble, Mason, McCulloch, Menard, Runnels, San Saba, Schleicher, Shackelford, Sutton, Taylor, Throckmorton and Tom Green.

* WHEN...Through early Sunday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
