* WHERE...Scodie Mountains, Walker Pass, and the Sierra Crest of the Southern Sierra.
* WHEN...Until 2 PM PDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
* AFFECTED AREAS: SOUTH END OF THE UPPER SIERRA
