* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...After southwest winds tonight, winds will shift out of the west Monday early morning. The strongest winds are expected over the high peaks and adjacent high slopes of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains.
