* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring.
* WHERE...East Fork Trinity River at McKinney.
* WHEN...From this evening to tomorrow morning.
* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Minor out of bank flooding will begin along the river.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:30 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 16.0 feet. - Bankfull stage is 16.0 feet. - Flood stage is 16.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 5.3 feet Friday evening.
* AFFECTED AREAS: COLLIN, TX
