* WHEN...For the High Wind Warning, until noon MDT today. For the Wind Advisory, from noon today to 8 PM MDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down tree limbs and possibly power lines. Power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
