5/04 - 8:07 p.m. - Andrea L. Casper, 41 of Bland, MO., arrested on a Randolph County warrant for Violation of Pre-Trial Release Conditions by failing to appear in court on a Domestic Battery charge. Arrest occurred in the parking lot of the Millstadt V.F.W., 200 Veterans Drive, and was a result of an incident that occurred at an address on Saxtown Road.
