The National City Police Department advises you to AVOID the area near Plaza Blvd and Interstate 805 due to a fire at the Stardust Hotel located at 1700 Plaza Blvd. Eastbound traffic has been closed at Plaza Blvd and Palm Ave. Westbound traffic is congested. The National City Fire Department has extinguished the fire. There are no other structures in danger and there is no need to evacuate.
Please find an alternate route and avoid the area.
