* Tornado Warning for... Eastern Cherokee County in southeastern Kansas... Northwestern Jasper County in southwestern Missouri...

* Until 1145 PM CDT.

* At 1115 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located near Columbus, moving northeast at 65 mph. HAZARD...Tornado. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely.

* Locations impacted include... Carl Junction, Columbus, Asbury, Neck City, Waco, Neutral, Crestline, and Lawton.

* AFFECTED AREAS: CHEROKEE, KS ... JASPER, MO
