Monthly Warning siren test this morning at 11:35. Earlier test had to be canceled. The Cooper County Emergency Management Agency will conduct the monthly warning siren test this morning at 11:35 am. Warning siren tests are conducted on the first Tuesday of each month unless there is inclement weather in the area.
