Wilmington Police have arrested a man on drug charges.
On May 3, at approximately 2:17 p.m., members of the Drug, Organized Crime, and Vice Division were in the 400 block of West 7th Street, when they observed a male subject engaged in drug-related activity. Officers made contact with 36-year-old Darrell Woodhouse, who was taken into custody without incident, and found to be in possession of 1.29 grams of crack cocaine.
Woodhouse has been charged with the following offense:
- Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver
He was arraigned in the New Castle County Court of Common Pleas and was committed to the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution on $3,000 unsecured bail.
