* Locations impacted include... Richmond, Connersville, Centerville, Liberty, Glenwood, Salem, Waterloo, Blooming Grove, Columbia, Bunker Hill, Abington, Brownsville, Laurel, Milton, Spring Grove, Boston, Richmond Municipal Airport, Dunlapsville, Whitewater State Park, and Mounds State Recreation Area.
