TORIWX The National Weather Service in Northern Indiana has issued a

* Tornado Warning for... Southeastern Paulding County in west central Ohio...

* Until 830 PM EDT.

* At 755 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located near Payne, or 13 miles north of Van Wert, moving east at 40 mph. HAZARD...Tornado. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely.

* This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of southeastern Paulding County, including the following locations... Latty, Charloe, Briceton, Melrose, and Broughton.

* AFFECTED AREAS: PAULDING, OH
